Alcohol, Tobacco, Flammable substances, Perfumes are prohibited items on aircrafts.

• Handwash detergent with ethanol is prohibited on aircrafts. For battery items, MSDS is required before loading on aircrafts
  (It is suggested to ask seller if item has proper MSDS before buying)
• For toys and small electronic items, please check with seller to remove AA batteries before sellers are sending out items to Kbuys.
• Home-made food items are prohibited.
  (Food items that are mass produced at factories are possible for international shipping,
  however, among these food items that contain meat including beef jerky are prohibited for international shipping)
  Please contact us before shipping large amount of liquid and drinks due to MSDS requirement by carriers.

Chargeable weight that Kbuys uses for determining the price customers pay for shipping charges can be either the gross weight or the volume metric weight of the parcel, whichever is greater.

• Volumetric weight : Length x Width X Height (CM) / 5000
• If one side of the parcel exceeds 1.5 meters, there are extra charges for irregular size of the parcel. (Please check with Kbuys)

Kbuys is indemnified for any liabilities occur from damages at premises of carriers.

If the value of parcel exceeds duty & tax exempt limit amount, 8~12% of duty & tax will be levied. (Duty & Tax rates vary depending on types of products)

• De Minimis Value for USA is to USD 800 / USD 50 for Canada / USD 700 for Australia

Limits of Liability : For lost and damaged parcels, the liability limit per parcel is USD 150. If customer wants to get full compensation for lost and damaged parcels above USD 150, insurance can be applied before shipping and the fee of insurance which is 2% of invoice value of the parcel has to be paid

Either payment is not made or request of service is pending more than 45days, parcels arrived to Kbuys warehouse can be discarded

07.

Parcel has to be less than 30kg based on chargeable weight (Take greater weight between actual gross weight or volumetric weight) to be shipped.
(Parcel that is over 30kgs has to be packed into more than one box. Please contact us if the nature of the parcel can not be packed into more than one box)
